Custom Items: Customized products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail to meet your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we regret to inform you that custom orders are non-refundable. It is crucial that you carefully review and confirm all customization details, including names and finishes, before placing your order. Once production has commenced, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or returns for custom items.

Non-Customized and Stock Items: Non-customized and stock items are eligible for cancellation or return, subject to the following conditions:

  • A 20% cancellation or return fee may apply to non-customized and stock items.
  • The decision to assess this fee is solely at the discretion of MyFineStyle, based on the circumstances of the return.
  • To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

How to Initiate a Return: If you wish to return a non-customized or stock item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@myfinestyle.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on returning the item(s) and processing your refund.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of approval. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions: In certain cases, exceptions to our refund policy may be made at our discretion, such as for defective or damaged items. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
